We've been considering black Eiffel bases for our orange shells. Whilst we're fond of the dowel bases, we're not entirely convinced walnut, maple or oak sit well with this tangy tangerine colour. The only other option is a zinc Eiffel, but we're thinking too shiny, no?
I love the black. It has my vote.
ReplyDeleteI agree. It is hard to combine any wood tone with the orange...you just convinced me: BLACK EIFFEL !
ReplyDeleteI waffled a little between black and silver for my orange rocker but opted for black. It was definitely the right choice!
